If you purchased your machine from another company or a private
individual, these rates apply.
Our on-site/phone labor rate is $55.00
per hour with a one hour minimum charge. In home service calls are $95.00 for
the first hour and $55.00 per hour thereafter within 60 miles of Wilmington, OH.
Most trouble shooting and repairs can be made within one hour. Parts replaced
are an additional charge.
Prices for the most common replacement parts are
listed in the parts section of this website.
