Don't be fooled by slot machine advertisements for $599 and $699.
Those machines most likely will not have dollar bill acceptors, need a dollar size token (which will have to be purchased) and the coin acceptor optic board shorted causing damage the coin hopper when cashing out with the wrong size coin. All slot machines will need service sometime in the future and vendors offering just slot machines will not likely want to talk to you about fixing your machine even if you purchased it from them. Look for their replacement parts listing, if they have one.
Also you have to watch for third party vendors that have websites but no slot machines. They will take your order then call a broker and have a slot machine sent to you. Getting replacement parts from them even with a warranty will be difficult and if you do receive the parts it will not be in a timely fashion. Our competitor's customers generally spend between $150 to $200 with us to repair their slot machines and often this happens when it is still under warranty.
Our machines come with a OEM coin comparitor and dollar bill acceptor at no additional cost. When we build our machines we set it up for a quarter denomination but will set it up to a nickel, quarter, half dollar or dollar prior to shipping at no additional cost.

Our Las Vegas style IGT slot machines includes a limited parts and labor warranty and as long as you own the slot machine, free technical support. These slot machines are refurbished and ready to plug and play in any standard three prong 110V outlet. We suggest you purchase a surge protector which can also be used to turn the machine off and on.

Our upright slot machines are configured to accept quarters and dollar bills. If you would like a slot machine that accepts tokens only or a coin denomination other than a quarter, we will work with you to configure a slot machine to your specifications. The IGT slot machines that we sell are the same slot machines that you have seen in all US casinos. Ohio Gaming is able to offer below retail prices since we purchase our slot machines directly from a licensed casino gaming broker.

We only sell IGT slot machines that are in very good to excellent condition, including the interior of the cabinet. All refurbished slot machines were used in actual casinos and will show some signs of use. We disassemble the slot machine, remove casino installed items that do not effect the operation of the slot machine, clean and sanitize, replace bad and worn out parts, reassemble, clear the casino stored memory from the CPU board and complete all operational testing.

We have found the IGT slot machines to be very reliable. Very seldom have we encountered problems after the sale and most problems can be corrected with a single phone call. If you would happen to need a replacement part, we would have you return the part that is causing the problem, either repair or send you a replacement part, and help you reinstall it while on the phone. No special tools would be required.
