WOW!!  That machine looks awful!!  Just like my experience with that company.

I bought 3 machines from this company because of the warranty and price...that was a big mistake.  I guess you get what you pay for.  The day we got our machines the 9 line Tripe Diamond had a pay out chip for a 5 line Triple Diamond.  We had a Christmas Party scheduled for that evening and you were gracious enough to drive to my home (approx. 2 hrs away) to fix my machine...which they couldn't figure out over the phone what the problem was.  I also bought a Triple Cherry and a 5 Times Pay.  These worked ok for a few days and then one of the money boxes broke and caused an error code.  We fixed it our self with scotch tape and were able to play as long as the tape held. That same machine hit a jackpot and stopped giving coins...the coin hopper would turn but not give coins.  Once both of these machines hit jackpots we could not get the jackpot code to go away or reset the machines.  The company was no help what so ever.  We would call and they would tell us they would check with their 'tech' department and call us back.  Of course we would not receive a call back.  I don't believe they had a tech department and no one there knew anything past 'making the sell'.  Something we bought for fun ended up being so frustrating that we sold all 3 machines to you.

Even though we didn't buy the machines from you, you were always so helpful and gracious.  I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase slot machines for fun.
