received the machine last Friday. That was really fast shipping from Ohio. No
shipping issues. The machine is in fantastic condition and works great. The
display is nice and bright and the cabinet is nearly flawless. I couldn't be

is for potential customers of Ohio Gaming and we wanted to let everyone else
know about our experience.
like everyone else we were reluctant to make a high dollar purchase on the
internet along with buying sight unseen. We made an appointment for last
Saturday afternoon to visit. At first we thought we knew which machine we wanted
but once you start looking at all the different games and the options that can
go with them .. Wow .. Wow .. Wow! After about an hour showing us different
machines we settled for a double 3 times, 4 times, 5 times pay five line game.
Before writing more, this is a very fun game to play!
put the machine on their lift and opened up the machine. Does not look like much
inside of the machine. They started showing us all the parts and how to remove
and replace them which was a nice learning experience. If anything would go
wrong with the machine it will now be easy to replace any part. Then it was onto
the set up and operation of the machine. It was nice learning how they set the
machine settings the way they do.
overall experience was absolutely wonderful. BTW, I know you can't hear the
sounds the machine makes but if nothing else you have to get the premium sound
package with your machine.
Ken, Just wanted to let you
know that everything is working perfectly with the new Super Spin Sizzling
Seven's Slot. I love the ticket printer and multi-denomination, not to mention

Ohio Gaming .. So frequently, we do not hear when we do a good job, but rather
only when customers need to complain. I wanted to take this opportunity to
thank you for your assistance in repairing my slot machine over the phone. I
called on May 3rd, and spoke to a representative at your store who walked me
through removal of the CPU board from my 1989 Wild Cherry IGT slot machine.
Within a few days, I received the replacement component needed. With the
pre-soldered battery option, replacing the component was a breeze. I placed the
board back in, pressed the test button, and my slot machine is back up and
running like new. Thank you so much for taking the time to discuss my issue and
walk me through the resolution. Your help was greatly appreciated.

I have been a little busy
and thought that I would send you a thank you note today. I just love playing my
Coyote Moon slot machine. My
husband thought it was going to be a nightmare to unpack and set the machine up.
To his surprise, it didn't take but 15 minutes to unpack the machine and stand,
and have them in the house. The instructions that you sent along with the
machine was easy to follow (I know he doesn't read instructions but since this
was my machine I wanted to make sure it was done correct so I read them to him).
After about 30 minutes I was playing my machine. Thanks again Ken for the time

wanted to let you know that we did receive our Triple Double Diamond and stand
last week. It was packed very well and made it through shipping without a
scratch - I was very impressed with R&L, by the way. Because it was so cold the
day it was delivered, we had to wait several hours for the machine to come up to
room temperature. After following the instructions, we were up and running no
time. The machine is in great shape and just as promised. The stand is very

The second machine arrived Wednesday. I am impressed with the time it
takes ordering from you. Three days later we're set up playing on our new game.
No problems with either machine except we didn't let it warm up long enough
again (Marsha's fault). It was colder this time so we should of let it warm up
longer. The problems this caused us was a motor, gear and whatever noise. These
all went away by morning (it was cold!!). I am happy with the upgrade audio

worried about purchasing a slot machine over the internet since I live so far
away. First of all I spoke with Ken several times on the phone and he went into
detail of how the machine worked. After a couple of weeks I placed my order and
my Triple Double Lucky Sevens arrived four days later. I inspected the machine
for damage as instructed. It was packed very well and I think the only way it
would have been damaged if it had been dropped off the back of the truck. My
husband and I followed the set up instructions and my slot machine was up and
running about an hour later. For being a refurbished slot machine I am very
happy with the condition. My machine looks better than the slot machines I play
in our local casino over in Connecticut.

Just got back
from the long drive home with my new machine that I picked up from you today.
It was worth every hour of drive time that is for sure. I wanted to take a

Our neighbors purchased a slot
machine and my husband mentioned several times how nice it would be to have our
own. I called the company that our neighbors purchased their machine from. They
answered most of my questions and did not offer any more information than I
asked about. So I decided to search the internet to find out if there were other
slot machine companies. I searched for a couple of months before I decided to
purchase our machine from Ohio Gaming. I called a few times, they answered all
of my questions and there was no hesitation before answering. They also

I recently purchased a slot
machine from Ohio Gaming. The Quality of the Machine far exceeded my
expectations. The machine arrived just as Ken said it would. Completely
protected and in perfect shape. Being in Maine I was a little leery at first
about buying something " Sight Unseen" from so far away but after speaking with
Ken I felt a very good comfort level as to what I would receive. As with any
used machine there are bound to be a few glitches and I had a few. Ken was just

I placed the order on Sunday
and Got the ‘My Rich Uncle’ Machine this afternoon (Friday). That’s what I call
Fast Service. All arrived in excellent condition with no visible evidence of
rough handling. Boy that Stand is really SOLID. Built like a Tank! The RL
Truck Driver was very courteous and helpful in getting the Machine Unloaded and
into my Garage where my setup crew was waiting..
After the initial phone call
to You about the funny looking stuff on the initial boot up screen, the machine
booted right up after pulling and re-inserting the Big Board and is working
perfectly. Needless to say, the Wife Loves It. She says it pays much better
than the Same Machines at Tunica, Ms. We are both very pleased with the
Condition. It Looks, Plays and Sounds just like a Brand New Machine.
I’ve been into Computers for
the past 40 years, so I know this type of Machine is a pretty delicate computer.
It will be continuously plugged into a heavy duty line tamer to prevent any

After many days
of searching the web for a slot machine for my home, I found Ohio Gaming. Their
site is by far the best with the biggest variety and styles of slots. The
site includes a breakdown of many categories that pertain to any possible
question you have. Shipping, legal information and price were my biggest
concerns and all those were answered on the site. The size and name of each slot
machine is listed with a nice large clear picture of every machine including
pricing and a description of what the machine does. Most sites don't include
pricing, it will say call and only has a phone number. After choosing the slot I
wanted, I called Ohio Gaming. When I called, Ken answered the phone. He answered
all of my questions and concerns and at that time I knew that I wanted to
purchase my slot machine from them. I bought a 5 Times Pay, Parrot Head Slot
Machine. Ken was very professional with my transaction and everything went just

I was looking for the Tabasco slot machine and there was only a couple of places
on the internet that I could find one. The slot machines that I could find did
not take any quarters (which is important to me) but was just a few dollars
cheaper. The other company wanted to charge $75 for packing the machine, COD and

After receiving my Tabasco slot machine, there is no comparison between the
machine I bought from Ohio Gaming and my other slots. The machine they sent to
me looks a hundred times better. No holes from where the player card is suppose
to go, it has a lock on the door and the other hole in the door has a chrome cap
in it. The buttons are not yellowed, they look like new white ones should. All

Deluxe” machine, that I ordered for a surprise birthday gift for my wife,
arrived in excellent condition. It had to sit it in my brother-in-laws garage for 3
weeks before I could move it to our house on her birthday. It set up very easily

Coral Reef slot machine purchased from you the other day. Just had to write you
and let you know how pleased I am with it. When I asked you to suggest some slot
machines with a nudge option you came up with several good choices. One of your
recommendations was the Coral Reef. This is a great machine. The graphics are
great and not only do the bars nudge up or down but the wild symbol and the spin
till you win symbol also make this a great slot to play. As you know this is the
third machine that I have purchased from you, and each and every one has been in
don't have a large game room in my home so the first machine I got from you was
put in my den (which is only about 10 x 12 feet) along with my desk, storage
cabinet, pinball machine and small couch. To fit in the second machine I had to
move the couch out. Fitting in this third machine was a little more difficult as
I had to totally rearrange every thing in the room to get it to fit. But is was
worth it as all three machines look great lined up along one wall. What is also
great is that each machine does something different so it's fun playing each of
them. The “Triple Double Diamond” has 2x's and 3x's symbols which are not only
wild but can increase your win up to 9x's. The “Haywire Deluxe” not only has a

amazed at the amount of packing material you used. Yards of bubble wrap and
packing tape to secure all components of the machine and bags and bags of

tape from the cabinet. Your new procedure of using shrink wrap and bubble wrap
to protect all the components is great. There is absolutely no residue on the
cabinet which meant I could just unpack the machine, put it on the stand and
begin using it without having to clean it.

you last April. We have been very pleased with the machines and with your
assistance when we needed it. We wanted to let everyone know what a good place

extensive expertise on how to make these machines work and do what I wanted it
to do. When I bought some parts and had some issues with installation and
adjustments, he was there with support and patience. It is rare that customer

through earlier during the weekend the fact that you, and your friend was
willing to come to Columbus to make another delivery was quite generous on your

Ken, just a
short note to let you know I received the Triple Double Diamond slot machine I
ordered from you the other day (in fact it arrived ahead of the scheduled
delivery date). I must admit I had several reservations about buying a slot
machine over the Internet, even with the photo's you e-mailed me. However the
machine is in even better condition than you described. It was also great that
all I had to do was plug it in and everything worked perfectly. Your advice on
which machine to purchase was invaluable. After receiving the machine and
playing it, I like it better than the machine I originally wanted. I will
definitely recommend you and your company without reservation to anyone wanting

Your level of customer service is far greater than I have ever experienced.
With your help and reading the IGT manual on your web- site, I was able to get
my dead IGT S-Plus slot machine running in a matter of minutes. You should put
this letter on your website testimonial page. Anyone needing help with
troubleshooting or parts on your slot machine, Ken and Ohio Gaming is where you
want to be. I cannot begin to tell you how much Ken has helped me. It has been
so fun and informative dealing with Ohio Gaming.

Anyone who is even thinking of purchasing a slot
machine has to make Ken their choice. I can guarantee you the machine is going
to need repair or service at some time and there is no better person to help you
out and fix the problem. Where, in this day and age, can you find an honest
knowledgeable person who probably knows your slot machine better than the people
who made it. And is extremely helpful and patient when he trying to help you.

Ken, I just wanted to take the
time to say how much I appreciate your help with setting up my Black Cherry slot
machine. For anyone interested in buying an authentic slot machine, Ken is the
one to buy from. I had several questions for Ken prior to purchasing the slot
machine and he answered all my questions via email and over the phone in a
timely fashion. The machine is in excellent condition and looks brand new. I
called Ken the day after my slot machine arrived because I ran across a minor
problem. When Ken answered the phone he told me he would call me right back so
that I wouldn’t have to pay for the long distance phone call. The problem was
solved quickly. Ken even took extra time to explain how to take out the dollar
bill machine and the CPU board. Ken definitely has the knowledge and friendly
customer service needed to run a successful business. The slot machine arrived
2 days earlier than expected and it was packed incredibly well. It took me
nearly 1 hour to unpack it and clean up all the popcorn Styrofoam. I knew after
I read all the testimonials on Ohio Gaming’s website that I was going to receive
superior customer service and tech support. Ken, if you want to include me in

Ken, I wanted to
take time out my day to sincerely "Thank You" for the knowledge and time you
gave me the day before Christmas. You should post this on your site to let
prospective buyers/customers know the risks you take in buying a machine from
a weekend dealer as I did. You answered your phone and let me explain that I
did not know you and that I had purchased a slot machine from a dealer in
Phoenix. It worked for an hour then broke, the day before I was to give it to
my mother as a Christmas gift. The gentleman that I purchased it from was out
of town and told me to give it to my mother broken and he would fix it after
he got back into town....great. That's were I got onto the internet and found
you. You explained you were out to dinner with your family but would call me
back. To my surprise you did call me back and spent over an hour diagnosing
the problem through listening to the machine over the phone, it was truly
amazing. Long story short was you not only walked me through fixing the
machine but also programming it for home use as the guy I bought from did
not! My mom loved the slot machine and it works great!! Thank You so much for
your help. To take time with a total stranger and not want any money for
your help shows what a good person you truly are. Have a great year and I

again how much everyone loved the slot machine! It was in perfect shape when we

I'd been wanting a
real slot machine for the longest time, but never thought that wish could come
true. But then I discovered Ohio Gaming and Ken.
figuring out a place where I could put a machine in my cluttered apartment, I
started hunting down my favorite one--the one I always look for whenever I go
into a casino. Ohio Gaming was the only site that had it, and I was thrilled to
see that it was at a price I could afford. Filled with happiness, I decided to
order it immediately.
To make a long
story short, I was able to get my coveted slot machine and picked it up last
night. After getting it home and unpacking it, my friends and I were faced with
a dilemma--how to get that heavy machine up onto its stand. I decided to call
Ken to see if he could help us. Well, not only did he guide us in that first
task, but he stayed on the phone with us until the machine was up and running.
He didn't care that it was almost
Today, I had a few
questions to ask Ken, so I sent him an email. Less than five minutes after I
hit "send", my phone rang. It was Ken! He had some time, so he decided to call
and answer my questions personally rather than in writing! By the time we hung
up, all my fears and concerns had been put to rest. Incredible!
Since my first
contact with Ken, we have exchanged several emails and phone calls. No matter
what the issue was, Ken answered promptly and kept every promise he made. (In
fact, he won't even let me call him! When I do, he tells me to hang up and
calls me back so that I don't incur long-distance phone charges!)
In the many years
that I've been a consumer, I have encountered only a few companies that have
stood out as head and shoulders above the crowd. But now that I've been
introduced to Ohio Gaming and Ken, I have to say that Ken stands taller than all

shipped it within a week. We have two slant tops and one upright, all purchased
from Ohio Gaming. All three are working like new. Playing our machines is like
unwinding in our favorite casino after a long day at work.
Ken is always willing to go the extra mile for
his customers. If only everyone you did business with was this efficient, life

Double American Beauty slot machine has been lots of fun. When our kids and
grandchildren visit, they will spend hours playing. It was well worth every
