After many hours of searching Ebay and the internet I came across the 'Ohio Gaming' web sight.  Well, after looking at your testimonials, I quickly realized this is the company that I want to do business with. And as fate would have it Barbara Eden was visiting Kansas City as the leading actor at the New Theater Restaurant (today was the last show) . I couldn't bring Barbara to my slot machine, so I did the next best thing and took part of the slot machine to her. The result a "I Dream of Jennie" slot machine signed by the actor that played the part.

Ken: Just wanted to give you an update. I went and retrieved the Tabasco machine today and got it safely unpackaged. I had to build a stand to put it on and the paint hasn’t dried yet, so I haven’t gone through the checklist to get it powered up yet, but I must say that cosmetically I couldn’t be more pleased. This thing is awesome looking! Thank you very much for doing such a great restoration.

Dear Ken, My 3.6 Lithium battery that stores ram memory went out on me with a Code 12. Being in an area where no service is available for this machine, and no one seemed to know anything about it, my son in Arizona gave me your phone number. I called and you set me up with a new 3.6 battery. I had it installed but all of my ram memory was gone. You then sent me the reprogramming package, and over the phone for one hour you stayed with me until the machine was fixed. Your service is invaluable. Anyone that has a slot machine should know you people exist and what wonderful service you have to offer. Words cannot thank you enough for what you did for me today. We bought this machine for our son who is almost totally blind and he was able to enjoy playing it. However, he is now in a nursing home with other issues and that's why we have the machine. Ken, I want to thank you again for your professionalism & expertise in helping me resolve the ticket printer and sound issue’s with my machine.

It is so refreshing to deal with an individual such as you. You are a rarity in today’s business world. So many individuals I have dealt with leave such a bad impression. Most simply want to give us the run around & are not willing to take the extra time to actually assist as you did with me today. My hat is off to you sir. You went way beyond the normal since I did not purchase the machine from you.

I told you some of the issues I am currently having with the other slot machine company and him giving me the run around about converting this machine to a three credit Triple Diamond (which is the game I ordered) from the current two credit Triple Triple Diamond. If I end up getting stuck with this machine I would definitely be interested in purchasing the necessary parts to convert this machine to a three credit Triple Diamond from you.

When you have time would you let me know what the necessary parts will cost to convert this machine to a three credit Triple Diamond. Once I know the exact cost I will contact the slot machine company & tell AMX I will be satisfied if he is willing to give me credit for that amount.

Hi Ken, the machine showed up today. My brother and I opened it up and the packaging looked fine.  I used a hand cart and got it into the house. Followed the instructions and did as you recommended but did not come on.  I went back and redid everything and then pulled out the power cord from inside and put it in.... and then it came on fine. What totally impressed me was how clean it is.  The inside was super clean and everything looked new. Very nice work on your part. We have been playing it all night and love it. Ken, I would like to take a few minutes to express my many thanks for everything you did to make my purchase quick and easy. I was skeptical at first ordering slot machines off the internet. I started my search for a couple of slot machines around a month before I found your site, and when I did find www.ohiogaming,com  I knew right away that NOT ALL SLOT SITES ARE THE SAME! I read almost every word on you site and compared that to other sites, I must say that there are cheaper sites, but those site DO NOT LIST address, emails nor phone numbers. This in its self should make the consumer worry quit a bit. Also the other sites do not list prices like yours does. I probably looked at around 7-10 sites if not more. They added hidden charges to the price. crating fees, higher shipping costs, no warranties, (unless you paid a fee) one site offers a 6 month warranty for 400.00!!! When I read your slots come with a one year and tech support for life warranty I was amazed, No other site did that. I was also amazed how quick and precise you answered ALL of my emails. Others would be days as you were hours if not minutes! When I asked for pictures of the machines I wanted to buy I figured no way will they send me pics of the outside much less the inside. I was wrong I got photos of the machines a couple of hours later! Try that with other sites. If you ask for pics they NEVER even respond to your email. I like the fact on your site you list your phone number on every page and the fact you are honest on your our competitors page. I also like the fact you are a family owned business, I work for a family owned business myself and I know that there are not to many mom and pop business left in corporate America any more. I am a first time and now life long customer of yours. Again Ken Thank you. I really like these machines! When I do hit hit a nice jackpot I will be sure to take photos and send them to you for your winners page.

This is for potential customers of Ohio Gaming and we wanted to let everyone else know about our experience.

Just like everyone else we were reluctant to make a high dollar purchase on the internet along with buying sight unseen. We made an appointment for last Saturday afternoon to visit. At first we thought we knew which machine we wanted but once you start looking at all the different games and the options that can go with them .. Wow .. Wow .. Wow! After about an hour showing us different machines we settled for a double 3 times, 4 times, 5 times pay five line game. Before writing more, this is a very fun game to play!

They put the machine on their lift and opened up the machine. Does not look like much inside of the machine. They started showing us all the parts and how to remove and replace them which was a nice learning experience. If anything would go wrong with the machine it will now be easy to replace any part. Then it was onto the set up and operation of the machine. It was nice learning how they set the machine settings the way they do.

Our overall experience was absolutely wonderful. BTW, I know you can't hear the sounds the machine makes  but if nothing else you have to get the premium sound package with your machine.

Dear Ohio Gaming .. So frequently, we do not hear when we do a good job, but rather only when customers need to complain.  I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in repairing my slot machine over the phone.  I called on May 3rd, and spoke to a representative at your store who walked me through removal of the CPU board from my 1989 Wild Cherry IGT slot machine.  Within a few days, I received the replacement component needed.  With the pre-soldered battery option, replacing the component was a breeze.  I placed the board back in, pressed the test button, and my slot machine is back up and running like new. Thank you so much for taking the time to discuss my issue and walk me through the resolution. Your help was greatly appreciated.

My husband thought it was going to be a nightmare to unpack and set the machine up. To his surprise, it didn't take but 15 minutes to unpack the machine and stand, and have them in the house. Ken, The second machine arrived Wednesday. I am impressed with the time it takes ordering from you. Three days later we're set up playing on our new game. No problems with either machine except we didn't let it warm up long enough again (Marsha's fault). It was colder this time so we should of let it warm up longer. The problems this caused us was a motor, gear and whatever noise. These all went away by morning (it was cold!!). I am happy with the upgrade audio card. Ken, Wanted to let you know the machine arrived yesterday, two days early. I followed your setup sheet, everything worked fine. But I kept getting door open error. I was ready to call but tried messing with the door one more time not really changing anything and the error went away. Maybe we didn’t let it get to room temp. (my wife's fault). I might want a better payout chip let me know about that. I've been looking for a slot machine for a month or longer and spending a lot of time reading everything I could on every site that offered slots for sale, once I got my choices narrowed down to three sites . I then started emails and phone calls to ask as many questions I could think of that would help me make a good choice to buy from. Your site already had most of the answers to my simple questions. I was worried about purchasing a slot machine over the internet since I live so far away. First of all I spoke with Ken several times on the phone and he went into detail of how the machine worked. After a couple of weeks I placed my order and my Triple Double Lucky Sevens arrived four days later. I inspected the machine for damage as instructed. It was packed very well and I think the only way it would have been damaged if it had been dropped off the back of the truck. My husband and I followed the set up instructions and my slot machine was up and running about an hour later. For being a refurbished slot machine I am very happy with the condition. My machine looks better than the slot machines I play in our local casino over in Connecticut.

Our neighbors purchased a slot machine and my husband mentioned several times how nice it would be to have our own. I called the company that our neighbors purchased their machine from. They answered most of my questions and did not offer any more information than I asked about. So I decided to search the internet to find out if there were other slot machine companies. I searched for a couple of months before I decided to purchase our machine from Ohio Gaming. I called a few times, they answered all of my questions and there was no hesitation before answering. They also explained how they set up the machine for playing at home. The machine I purchased was about $100 more than our neighbors paid for theirs. Was it worth the extra money? Yes it was, and now our neighbor wished they has also purchased their machine from Ohio Gaming. Our neighbor says our slot machine looks a lot cleaner and newer. I recently purchased a slot machine from Ohio Gaming. The Quality of the Machine far exceeded my expectations. The machine arrived just as Ken said it would. Completely protected and in perfect shape. Being in Maine I was a little leery at first about buying something " Sight Unseen" from so far away but after speaking with Ken I felt a very good comfort level as to what I would receive. As with any used machine there are bound to be a few glitches and I had a few. Ken was just a phone call away to help me thru each one. I placed the order on Sunday and Got the ‘My Rich Uncle’ Machine this afternoon (Friday).  That’s what I call Fast Service.  All arrived in excellent condition with no visible evidence of rough handling.  Boy that Stand is really SOLID.  Built like a Tank!  The RL Truck Driver was very courteous and helpful in getting the Machine Unloaded and into my Garage where my setup crew was waiting..

After the initial phone call to You about the funny looking stuff on the initial boot up screen, the machine booted right up after pulling and re-inserting the Big Board and is working perfectly.  Needless to say, the Wife Loves It.  She says it pays much better than the Same Machines at Tunica, Ms.  We are both very pleased with the Condition.  It Looks, Plays and Sounds just like a Brand New Machine.

I’ve been into Computers for the past 40 years, so I know this type of Machine is a pretty delicate computer.   It will be continuously plugged into a heavy duty line tamer to prevent any possible electrical surges.

After many days of searching the web for a slot machine for my home, I found Ohio Gaming. Their site is by far the best with the biggest variety and styles of slots. The site includes a breakdown of many categories that pertain to any possible question you have. Shipping, legal information and price were my biggest concerns and all those were answered on the site. The size and name of each slot machine is listed with a nice large clear picture of every machine including pricing and a description of what the machine does. Most sites don't include pricing, it will say call and only has a phone number. After choosing the slot I wanted, I called Ohio Gaming. When I called, Ken answered the phone. He answered all of my questions and concerns and at that time I knew that I wanted to purchase my slot machine from them. I bought a 5 Times Pay, Parrot Head Slot Machine. Ken was very professional with my transaction and everything went just like he told me. Ken explained their shipping procedure and my delivery came on the day he said it should. My machine was packaged very well and came in excellent condition. I am very happy with my choice. My friends and family have had lots of fun with it, I highly recommend Ohio Gaming. Oh, and ask for Ken!

I purchased a Double Diamond Deluxe from Ohio Gaming on August 22, 2008 . It was a special order for what I wanted. I received it on September 15, 2008 as promised. WOW ... what a  machine, looks like new. I purchased a 10 Times pay slot machine  from another company, it didn't even come close in looks to the slot machine from the one I bought from Ohio Gaming. Ken at Ohio gaming IS GREAT. He helped me make my 10 Times Pay into a Ten Times Pay Deluxe and with some additional parts made it look and play Great. I have purchased a few slot machines over the last few years from other companies. I was looking for the Tabasco slot machine and there was only a couple of places on the internet that I could find one. The slot machines that I could find did not take any quarters (which is important to me) but was just a few dollars cheaper. The other company wanted to charge $75 for packing the machine, COD and shipping charges. In the end Ohio Gaming had the best price.

After receiving my Tabasco slot machine, there is no comparison between the machine I bought from Ohio Gaming and my other slots. The machine they sent to me looks a hundred times better. No holes from where the player card is suppose to go, it has a lock on the door and the other hole in the door has a chrome cap in it. The buttons are not yellowed, they look like new white ones should. All around this slot machine looks almost like it just came from IGT itself. Ken, thanks for such a nice slot machine and please add this testimonial to your website.

Dear Ohio Gaming,

The IGT “Five Times Pay Deluxe” machine, that I ordered for a surprise birthday gift for my wife, arrived in excellent condition. It had to sit it in my brother-in-laws garage for 3 weeks before I could move it to our house on her birthday. It set up very easily and quickly with the enclosed instructions and worked exactly as advertised. We also ordered the slot machine stand, tokens and a chair. The chair adds a real nice touch. Thank you for helping me make my wife’s birthday special. The slot machine has brought her a great deal of pleasure and many hours of entertainment.

When I first started researching slot machine vendors, I was originally quite nervous about ordering from a small Ohio company that had only been in business since 2004.  Having to prepay because I could not use a credit card (for fear my wife would find out about her “gift”), made the purchase more nerve-racking.  After talking to other slot machine vendors, reading as much as I could on the internet, and then talking to Ken a few times, I got a much more “warm and fuzzy” with Ohio Gaming than with anyone else.  At this point, I am very pleased with my decision to go with Ohio Gaming. They did not disappoint me.

Received the Coral Reef slot machine purchased from you the other day. Just had to write you and let you know how pleased I am with it. When I asked you to suggest some slot machines with a nudge option you came up with several good choices. One of your recommendations was the Coral Reef. This is a great machine. The graphics are great and not only do the bars nudge up or down but the wild symbol and the spin till you win symbol also make this a great slot to play. As you know this is the third machine that I have purchased from you, and each and every one has been in pristine condition.

Unfortunately I don't have a large game room in my home so the first machine I got from you was put in my den (which is only about 10 x 12 feet) along with my desk, storage cabinet, pinball machine and small couch. To fit in the second machine I had to move the couch out. Fitting in this third machine was a little more difficult as I had to totally rearrange every thing in the room to get it to fit. But is was worth it as all three machines look great lined up along one wall. What is also great is that each machine does something different so it's fun playing each of them. The “Triple Double Diamond” has 2x's and 3x's symbols which are not only wild but can increase your win up to 9x's. The “Haywire Deluxe” not only has a nudge option but also can Haywire and repay a winning combination several times. The “Coral Reef” not only has an up and down nudge feature but also a wild symbol and a spin till you win symbol which guarantees a winning combination. To anyone who is reading this, you are on the best web site there is for slot machines. I have been on many other web sites for purchasing slot machines and none of them come close to showing the amount of slot machines with photo's that Ohio Gaming has. Also Ohio Gaming gives you a full description of the slots and how they work and an up front price unlike some other sites. But more importantly Ken is there for you long after the sale has been made. The customer service at Ohio Gaming is second to none. I have been dealing with Ken for over a year now and have never been disappointed with his service. I visited all of the slot machine stores in the Dayton area this past week and then purchased my Triple Diamond progressive slot machine from Ohio Gaming. Ken has superior customer service. He was very patient and answered all my of questions. I was able to watch Greg and Chris take the machine from their warehouse, tear it down, clean it up and put it back together. I was really surprised at the details they go through to "shop out" the machines.

After getting my machine home, it took about an hour to haul it inside, place it my game room and start playing. My wife and I played it for about 4 hours last night. Today we had family over and I had so many compliments about our new slot machine I know you will be getting some visits from them. Thanks for making us so very happy with our newest addition to our game room.

I have searched the Internet with little or no help most of the time with a coin in optics problem with my slot machine for about a month. I would like to say, Ken has a great attitude when it comes to customer service. My story.  I’ve been trying to make a special and personal game as a gift for over a year now only to be told it can’t be done or we don’t do that. After a year plus of collecting glass and other parts where ever I could find them, I came across Ohio Gaming. I emailed asking for some parts and I actually got a person to call me!!!  I told Ken exactly what I was trying to do and not only did he have what I needed he had great advice and ideas, needless to say I was so excited to finally put this machine together I couldn’t stop talking.

Ken, Received the Haywire Deluxe machine I ordered from you a few days ago and just had to write to tell you how pleased I am with it. As you know from our telephone conversations, I ordered a Triple Double Diamond machine from you almost a year ago. Even though it does not get the play it did when it was in the casino, it still gets plenty of use between myself, my wife and all our relatives. It has worked perfectly this past year without any problems what so ever. For the past several months my wife has been bugging me for her own machine since she has had so much fun with our first machine. So I ordered the Haywire Deluxe, which I have wanted for a long time. I thought the first machine I ordered from you was in excellent condition, but the Haywire Deluxe surpasses even that. The cabinet color is virtually an exact match to our first machine and they look great next to each other.

There were a few minor glitch's with the machine which I spoke to you about and I was expecting a little difficulty in getting them resolved. However you volunteered to send me out all the items I had concerns about the next business day and stated that I should just send you back the components I switch out. Your concerns about your customer's satisfaction goes above and beyond the normal customer service of other companies.

I must comment on your packaging of the machines you ship out. On the first machine I ordered from you I was amazed at the amount of packing material you used. Yards of bubble wrap and packing tape to secure all components of the machine and bags and bags of Styrofoam peanuts. The only problem I had was cleaning off the residue of the tape from the cabinet. Your new procedure of using shrink wrap and bubble wrap to protect all the components is great. There is absolutely no residue on the cabinet which meant I could just unpack the machine, put it on the stand and begin using it without having to clean it.

If anyone reading this is thinking about buying a machine from another company due to the fact it is a few dollars cheaper you will regret it. The quality of the machines from Ohio Gaming is second to none and the customer service from Ken is beyond belief. His knowledge of the products he sells and his diagnostic skills of any problems you may encounter are fantastic. Ken will stay on the phone with you as long as it takes to explain the machines he has in stock for you to order or to help you diagnose any problem you may have with your machine. Even if you are just thinking about getting a machine Ken will stay on the phone with you as long as you want to explain all your options. Thanks for the great machine.

Ken, I just wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciate your help with setting up my Black Cherry slot machine.  For anyone interested in buying an authentic slot machine, Ken is the one to buy from.  I had several questions for Ken prior to purchasing the slot machine and he answered all my questions via email and over the phone in a timely fashion.  The machine is in excellent condition and looks brand new.  I called Ken the day after my slot machine arrived because I ran across a minor problem.  When Ken answered the phone he told me he would call me right back so that I wouldn’t have to pay for the long distance phone call.  The problem was solved quickly.  Ken even took extra time to explain how to take out the dollar bill machine and the CPU board.  Ken definitely has the knowledge and friendly customer service needed to run a successful business.  The slot machine arrived 2 days earlier than expected and it was packed incredibly well.  It took me nearly 1 hour to unpack it and clean up all the popcorn Styrofoam.  I knew after I read all the testimonials on Ohio Gaming’s website that I was going to receive superior customer service and tech support.  Ken, if you want to include me in you testimonials, feel free to do so. Ken, I wanted to take time out my day to sincerely "Thank You" for the knowledge and time you gave me the day before Christmas. You should post this on your site to let prospective buyers/customers know the risks you take in buying a machine from a weekend dealer as I did. You answered your phone and let me explain that I did not know you and that I had purchased a slot machine from a dealer in Phoenix. It worked for an hour then broke, the day before I was to give it to my mother as a Christmas gift. The gentleman that I purchased it from was out of town and told me to give it to my mother broken and he would fix it after he got back into town....great. That's were I got onto the internet and found you. You explained you were out to dinner with your family but would call me back. To my surprise you did call me back and spent over an hour diagnosing the problem through listening to the machine over the phone, it was truly amazing. Long story short was you not only walked me through fixing the machine but also programming it for home use as the guy I bought from did not!  My mom loved the slot machine and it works great!! I'd been wanting a real slot machine for the longest time, but never thought that wish could come true.  But then I discovered Ohio Gaming and Ken. 

After finally figuring out a place where I could put a machine in my cluttered apartment, I started hunting down my favorite one--the one I always look for whenever I go into a casino.  Ohio Gaming was the only site that had it, and I was thrilled to see that it was at a price I could afford.  Filled with happiness, I decided to order it immediately.

To make a long story short, I was able to get my coveted slot machine and picked it up last night.  After getting it home and unpacking it, my friends and I were faced with a dilemma--how to get that heavy machine up onto its stand.  I decided to call Ken to see if he could help us.  Well, not only did he guide us in that first task, but he stayed on the phone with us until the machine was up and running.  He didn't care that it was almost midnight!

Today, I had a few questions to ask Ken, so I sent him an email.  Less than five minutes after I hit "send", my phone rang.  It was Ken!  He had some time, so he decided to call and answer my questions personally rather than in writing!  By the time we hung up, all my fears and concerns had been put to rest.  Incredible! 

Since my first contact with Ken, we have exchanged several emails and phone calls. No matter what the issue was, Ken answered promptly and kept every promise he made. (In fact, he won't even let me call him!  When I do, he tells me to hang up and calls me back so that I don't incur long-distance phone charges!) 

In the many years that I've been a consumer, I have encountered only a few companies that have stood out as head and shoulders above the crowd.  But now that I've been introduced to Ohio Gaming and Ken, I have to say that Ken stands taller than all the rest!

Whether it's a service question (because you changed something you should not have) or a new game kit, you cannot ask for better service.

We asked for a new game kit and Ken found and shipped it within a week. We have two slant tops and one upright, all purchased from Ohio Gaming. All three are working like new. Playing our machines is like unwinding in our favorite casino after a long day at work.

Ken is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. If only everyone you did business with was this efficient, life would be easier. We highly recommend doing business with Ohio Gaming and we have every intention of continuing our business relationship with Ken.

Our Triple Diamond slot machine is operating the same as the day we brought it home just over a year ago without any problems, not even a light bulb has burned out. We have since seen other slot machines for sale in the Dayton area and we couldn't have gotten a better deal. Thanks a million.

We wanted to drop you a note. Our Double American Beauty slot machine has been lots of fun. When our kids and grandchildren visit, they will spend hours playing. It was well worth every penny to see the smiles, laughs and excitement that it brings to all of our family. We also like that it is our most entertaining piggy bank.
